Terms OF Service
Commissioning me, means you have Read and Agreed to these terms.**General ToS **Serious inquiries only pls.

- Please Allow up to two weeks to a month for a commission to be completed- For commercial use without watermarks will be extra in price, negotiable price will be discussed- No payment should be made until we have discussed and went over some or most of the details.- No Art will start until payment is made.

- Keeping open communication for Updates/Critiques/Changes | Very important.- I am an 18+ Artist, that goes without saying, you must be legally
an adult to commission me.- Please provide reference to (Characters/ Poses/ Body Types/ Outfits/ Props/ Weapons) you would like Drawn , References are important to help me get the best idea of what you are wanting in a commission
- Characters must be your OC
or have permission or rights to use with proof, I will not use copyrighted Characters for commissions without permission.

- Exception to my ToS will be case by case- Furry is an option to a degree that I am comfortable with | Please discuss in DM- Nudity is an option to a degree that I am comfortable with -
Although SFW is my priority.

These are the only options I use Currently
If you require an Invoice it will be done VIA-PayPal

- All payments must be at minimum half upfront or in full before starting the commission. Paid in full on or before completion/ file sending.- All work will be watermarked | remember to credit to the artist i.e. DethHorse, DethHorseArt when you the *Commissioner post the art work on your own socials.- I reserve the right to post completed work to build and promote my Portfolio and you as the *commissioner with permission to tag you in post, if not - No @'s will be used, if you wish to be nameless please let me know.
